The folks at Heartland tire went above and beyond for us when we encountered dual flat tires on our trailer during our road trip. They were willing To come out and assist us out on the highway, but fortunately, we were able to put our spare tires on and get to them right at closing time. In addition, the mechanics were willing to stay after hours and assist us in getting those tires fixed and even re-mounted the original tires back on our trailer. This was amazing service! Kudos to Billy and the other technician for outstanding service! This is the type of service that deserves recognition. I would recommend Heartland tire to anybody in need of automatic tire service repair.

The guys at Heartland Tire in Sioux City were awesome. Very nice and patient. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. When they weren’t sure if it would be done that day, they offered to set up a loaner vehicle, but they were done before 4:00. Definitively will be going back.

They are very polite & helpful. I've been getting my oil changed there for 10-plus years. They give me a ride to the nearest restaurant while I'm getting my oil changed and they pick me back up afterwards. They also let me know what needs to be repaired under the hood or anywhere on my car.

I’m leaving this review because pricing transparency and honoring quoted estimates matter. I had a flat tire on my trailer and called ahead around 4:30 PM. The younger employee I spoke with was helpful and made an effort to earn my business by offering a reduced after-hours labor rate of $75 since I was heading directly to the shop. Based on that information, I proceeded there. When I arrived and paid, I was charged $429.07 without first being shown the work order. After reviewing it, I saw the labor charge was $150, not the $75 I was quoted. When I asked about the difference, I was told their after-hours rate is higher and that I should be satisfied they were “working with me.” The total cost itself wasn’t the issue — the change from the quoted price without clear communication beforehand was. If the originally quoted labor rate had been honored, my total would have been approximately $354, and this would have been a 5-star experience. To their credit, the installer was professional, friendly, and efficient — the tire was replaced in about 30 minutes and the work was done well. I rely on clear communication when making service decisions on the road. I hope the business improves co
